From a young age, my passion for food, culinary arts, and people set me on a path towards the dynamic hospitality industry after completing secondary school. I furthered my culinary education, training as an apprentice chef alongside esteemed head chefs at prestigious venues, including Melbourne’s Crown Casino restaurants and the iconic Cecconi’s fine dining establishment in the CBD. Following my studies, I served as a sous chef at St Kilda’s renowned Stokehouse Restaurant.
After 20 years, I transitioned into my family’s businesses, specialising in produce and product supply for cafes and restaurants, where I found personal growth and fulfilment. This shift allowed me to develop successful projects and restaurants in Melbourne’s inner and outer suburbs.
Over the years, I invested in and managed various establishments, including the franchise expansion of Ena Greek Street into select Westfield centres. I also owned several coffee shops in Melbourne’s CBD, extending my reach to the Mornington Peninsula.
As a hospitality consultant and sales agent, I bring motivation, focus, and exceptional interpersonal skills to the table. My core values of honesty, transparency, and commitment.
