We operate on a license basis which means you are running your own business with our support.

This arrangement allows you to operate without the restrictions of a franchise agreement and without having to pay a percentage of you sales, the more you earn the  more you keep.

We support you in all areas and it is our role to help you to grow your business.

Ultimately the success of your business will come down to your hard work, with this in mind we feel it’s fairer to keep the license fees fixed. Why should we earn more if you are working harder?

In the early stages understandably you will require more support, leads and development, at this stage we pro actively work alongside you to get your business off the ground.

Once you begin to bring on clients and, as you leverage your network then the support will shift to helping you to deliver results for your clients. If you build a solid business then we want you to be the one that benefits the most from all of the hard work.

We know that if our support is strong and our fees are fair then you will enjoy being part of the GSE team for the long term. We are working on a philosophy of offering a great deal to a select few.

Our short term plan is to open this opportunity up to a maximum of 20 hospitality professionals and we aim to have a presence in most states in Australia by the end of 2021
