In our first month working together we will conduct a full review of your business to provide you with an accurate market value. This process not only includes a financial review but also looks at the lease agreement and all operational aspects of your business.
Once we understand the current value of your business we then work together on preparing both you and the business for the sale process. Depending on what we have found and discussed in the first month we will work on a plan to maximise the value and ensure that everything that needs to be done to ensure the shortest time on market has been taken care of.
In month three we make a decision, do you sell now or continue adding value to your business? If you are ready to go to market we will advise you on the best way forward, you can remain on the consulting program and sell the business with our support (no commission), we can offer you a full brokerage service or you can sell through somebody else.
