My tenure as Regional Manager at Compass Group Australia saw me overseeing operations for 40 dining rooms and bars and multiple thriving cafes, driving growth through innovative food concepts and strategic initiatives. I have also held key roles at Solotel, Individual Restaurants, and East Coast Concepts, where I contributed to the success of various restaurant brands through menu development, team training, and operational optimisation.
