In addition, there is a kitchenette, loading dock with roller shutter door and a large upper mezzanine level with plenty of room to store catering equipment, bars, props, glassware and platters.

Profitable and easy to run, the owner works within the business and is assisted by 1 Casual and 1 full time employee. All additional staff are recruited through an agency which reduces overheads and therefore avoids any need to pay holidays, super etc. The business currently has ongoing relationships with two agencies who provide high quality experienced staff whenever required.

Menu choices range from hot and cold canapes to share platters and grazing tables and can be customised to suit the clients’ preferences. Event spend ranges from $5k to $24k. Full disclosure of recipes and ingredients will be provided.
