For over 30 years, I’ve worked across the service industry, including 14 years deeply embedded in the hospitality sector. During that time, I’ve built a strong foundation in strategic leadership, commercial growth, and the realities of running successful hospitality venues.
I’ve held senior management and leadership roles across a wide range of operations — from independent cafés and restaurants to bars, clubs, and international hotel groups. This breadth of experience gives me a practical, hands-on understanding of hospitality businesses from both an owner and customer perspective, grounded in day-to-day operations as well as long-term performance.
A career highlight was leading an already award-winning restaurant on Sydney’s North Shore to achieve a Chef Hat in The Good Food Guide for four consecutive years — an outcome driven by consistency, strong systems, and a clear vision for quality.
