Check your current margins to ensure you are charging the right price for your coffees.
Look at the suggested selling prices to ensure you are hitting the right percentages for all the coffees you sell.
Work out how much you need to increase your prices if your coffee beans, milk or packaging increase in price. Work out the additional profit generated by slight changes to your selling prices.
